PRICING
$185: Unlimited PLUS Fitness Works Access 
$160: 3x Week

A group program developed to offer a full-body workout that combines cardio, weight lifting, gymnastics and core training.

This includes our Olympic Lifting classes which are geared towards refining cleans, jerks, snatches and other olympic movements.


BOOTCAMP

PRICING
$140: Unlimited Bootcamp Classes
$115: 3x Week

Multiple workouts that are a mix of cardio and strength training that stresses endurance through the use of body weight, kettlebells and a wide variety of other equipment.


DROP-INS

PERSONAL & Group TRAINING

Offering half hour to hour sessions, each coach will take the time to build programs and specific workouts for the clients wants and needs.

INTROS

PRICING
$200: 5 personal one-on-one sessions with a coach PLUS first month membership

This introduction program is geared towards new members as a guideline to learn about how our Strength & Conditioning classes flow.

We’ll gauge and adjust the workouts for you, so youll feel as comfortable as possible going into your first class.

After your 5 intro classes and month, you can then select your membership moving forward.
